## Activating Prime

Prime is purchased by a user and can then be activated on a supported server.

Once activated, all members of the server can benefit from server-wide Prime features.

<Note>
  Activating Prime on a server does not transfer ownership of the subscription. The subscription remains linked to the purchaser. [Learn how to activate your premium subscription.](/bot#prime-management)
