Creating a Ticket Panel

BlaZe will guide you through the setup process. During setup, you will be asked to provide:

Panel Channel

The channel where the ticket panel should be sent. Example:
#tickets

Support Role

The role that should automatically have access to newly created tickets. Example:
Support Team
If you do not need a support role, type:
none

Ticket Category

The category where ticket channels should be created. Example:
Support Tickets

Transcript Channel

Premium servers can optionally configure a transcript channel. When tickets are closed, transcripts will be delivered to this channel.
Ticket transcripts require a Prime plan that supports transcripts.

Viewing Ticket Panels

?ticket panel config
Displays all ticket panels configured in the server. The output includes:
  • Panel ID
  • Message ID
  • Panel location

Deleting a Panel

?ticket panel delete <id>
Deletes a specific ticket panel.

Resetting Panels

?ticket panel reset
Removes all configured ticket panels from the server.
Resetting ticket panels does not delete existing ticket channels.
